Alula (a.k.a DCCFF) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to discovering and showcasing films created by and about Chinese- speaking communities around the world.
Founded in 2011, the Festival Committee strives to provide a global platform for Chinese-speaking filmmakers, films in the Chinese language, and/or films about Chinese-speaking cultures.

Independent, low-budget films Productions by film students
Alula aims to build an international co-production market for interested producers, sales agents, distributors as well as broadcasting and funding representatives active in the field of co-production.
