About The Directors


ZHENG Miaoxin
Zheng Miaoxin is a filmmaker and visual creator whose work primarily focuses on directing. She received her Master’s degree in Film Directing from the Shanghai Film Academy and also studied in the Film Production program at Shih Hsin University in Taiwan. Her works and practice have been recognized in various platforms, including the Experimental Image Workshop at the Taiwan International Women’s Film Festival, the Artist-in-Residence program at Shanghai’s West Bund Theatre, the Yangcheng Evening News ‘Mountains and Seas Project’ for Emerging Directors (Top Ten), and the Experimental Film Unit of the Nanguang Spark Project.
GAO Tianyi
Gao Tianyi is an independent producer, holds a Master’s degree in Film Producing from the Shanghai Film Academy and was selected for the 18th FIRST International Film Festival Training Camp.
Directors' Statement
A story of China Covid-19, that three years keep going away, with this film I want to remember the people who have left, to stroke the folds of hurt, and to find new life in looking back and facing it.
